We custom fabricate this collection right in our warehouse, using basswood core with natural wood veneers, then complete with a semi-gloss finish. This is MDF free and so perfect for the Glowforge Aura and Spark using the filter, as Glowoforge advises against cutting MDF in those machines. The softer basswood core results in clean, fast cuts. The semi-gloss finish is smooth and durable. Any burning from the cut process wipe right away.
