White vinegar isn't just for pockles and salads, it is also a great way to clean your laser wood projects.

Pour some white vinegar on a clean cloth and wipe down all the lasered edges, cuts, scores, and engraves on the wood. This will take off most all smokey residue that was left on the wood from the laser.

And a big bonus is that white vinegar takes the smoky smell away like magic. You might wonder if this will leave your wood pieces smelling like vinegar smell behind. Sure you will smell it white you are cleaning but when you are done it goes away. So next time you make a project with your laser try cleaning it off with white vinegar.
